Atxikimenduaren garrantzia egokitzapen-aldian: ikerketa enpirikoa eta proposamen bat

Abstract

[EUS] Egokitze-aldiak funtsezko aldaketa eragiten du haurren bizi-zikloan, haien atxikimendu-loturekiko banaketa bat baitakar. Halaber, lotura afektiboekin duten harremanak eragina du egokitzapen horretan. Ondorioz, Gradu Amaierako Lan hau Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoko irakasleek kontzeptu horien aurrean duten prestakuntza eta esku-hartzea eta horien garrantzia aztertzean oinarritzen da. Gauzak horrela, irakasleen nozio teorikoak ezagutzea, irakasleek hainbat inguruabarren aurrean jarduteko duten formakuntza ikertzea eta egoera horietan esku-hartzeko duten afektu-maila aztertzea du helburu. Hori dela eta, ikerketa enpiriko bat egin da, galdetegi baten bitartez. Bertan, 10 galdera ireki, 8 esaldi irakasleen adostasun-maila ezagutzeko eta irakasleek beren portaerara gehien hurbiltzen den aukera hautatu beharko duten 3 egoera daude. Jarraian, galdetegiaren bidez lortu diren emaitzak deskribatzen dira, eta, azkenik, irakasleen ezagutza- eta prestakuntza-falta aztertzen duten ondorioak.

[ES] El periodo de adaptación genera un cambio esencial en el ciclo vital de los infantes, puesto que conlleva una separación con sus vínculos de apego. Así mismo, la relación que poseen con sus lazos afectivos repercute en dicha adaptación. En consecuencia, este Trabajo Fin de Grado se fundamenta en estudiar la preparación e intervención que tienen los docentes del País Vasco frente a estos conceptos y su importancia. Por lo que tiene como finalidad conocer las nociones teóricas del profesorado, investigar la formación y preparación que tienen los docentes para actuar frente a diferentes circunstancias y observar el grado de afecto que tienen para intervenir en dichas situaciones que se presentan. Por este motivo, se ha realizado una investigación empírica, mediante un cuestionario, donde se encuentran 10 preguntas abiertas, 8 frases para conocer el grado de acuerdo de los docentes y 3 situaciones en las que el profesorado tendrá que elegir la opción que más se acerque a sus comportamientos. A continuación, se describen los resultados que se han conseguido a través del cuestionario y, finalmente, se encuentran las conclusiones en la que se analiza la falta de cognición y formación de los maestros/as.

[ENG] The adjustment period generates an essential change in the infants´ life cycle, since it entails a separation from their attachment bonds. Likewise, the relationship they have with their affective bond has an impact on his adaptation. Consequently, this Final Degree Project is based on studying the preparation and intervention of teachers in the Basque Country regarding these concepts and their importance. Therefore, its purpose is to know the theoretical notions of teachers, to investigate the training and preparation that educators have to act in different circumstances and to observe the degree of affection they have to intervene in such situations that arise. For this reason, an empirical research has been carried out, by means of a questionnaire, where there are 10 open questions, 8 sentences to know the degree of agreement of the teachers and 3 situations in which the teachers will have to choose the option that comes closest to their behaviors. Next, the results obtained through the questionnaire are described and, finally, there are the conclusions in which the lack of cognition and training of teachers is analyzed.
