Planificación técnica de compartición de infraestructuras para servicios de difusión y telefonía móvil en el municipio de Mañaria.

Abstract

[EU]Mañariako udaletxeak herritarren eskaera bat erantzun nahi du, eskaera hori herriko transmisio zentruaren kokapena aldatzean datza. Auzokideek leku urrunago batean kokatzea eskatzen dute. Eskaria erantzuteko, Udaletxeak ikasketa erradioelektrikoa herrian egitea eskatu du, transmisio zentruari kokapen berri bat bilatzeko. Helburua estaldura eta kalitate berdina mantentzea izango da bai telefonia eta telebista zerbitzuetarako. Udaletxeak kokagune batzuk erraztu ditu, non elektrizitate hornikuntza eta sarbidea duten kokapenak. [ES]El ayuntamiento de Mañaria quiere responder una petición de la población de la localización que trata de cambiar la ubicación del centro transmisor del municipio. Los vecinos solicitan que dicha estación base se sitúe en una zona más alejada del pueblo, y este será el objetivo del proyecto. Se realizará un estudio radioeléctrico en el municipio, para poder analizar otras ubicaciones y poder realizar la reubicación de dicha estación base, sin perder cobertura ni calidad de servicio en ninguno de los servicios de telecomunicaciones transmitidos desde dicho centro transmisor. Para dicho estudio será necesario analizar el terreno del municipio ya que Mañaria es un pueblo rural y montañoso, es decir, un lugar donde mantener la cobertura puede llegar a ser difícil si el centro transmisor no está situado en un lugar desde donde la señal emitida para cualquier servicio no sufra pérdidas ni degradaciones.

[EN]The City Council of Mañaria would like to respond to one of the main requests of its population consisting in the change of the location to the central transmisor in the town. The neighbours demand that the base station be located in an area distant from the town. To that end, the Council has requested to perform a radioelectric research in the township in order to analyse other geographic locations and be able to relocate the central base station without losing coverage or QoS in any of the telecommunicacion services that it is providing. The current station gives TV coverage as well as cellular phone coverage (voice and data). For such research it will be necessary to analyse the town's land as Mañaria is a rural and mountainous area. This means that it may be difficult to maintain the levels of coverage if the transmision center is not located in a place from which the broadcast signal do not suffer losses or degradations.
