Análisis de los sistemas y métodos de almacenamiento en la industria de la automoción. Optimización de los procesos de planificación logística y de gestión de un edificio de almacenaje

Abstract

[ES]En el siguiente proyecto se va a realizar un estudio de viabilidad técnica y económica-financiera de la construcción y explotación de un almacén de recambios para el automóvil. Se realizará un análisis del sector y a partir de las conclusiones obtenidas se presentará un modelo de negocio. Asimismo, resultará especialmente importante el estudio de localización puesto que la buena localización del almacén supondrá uno de los factores más importantes y claves para el éxito del negocio. También es relevante el hecho de que, por el momento, el almacén solo dará servicio a la Zona Norte de España, cuyas razones se explican a lo largo del desarrollo del trabajo. El estudio del modelo de negocio de plasmará en la implantación de un almacén que cumpla con las características definidas. En el estudio de viabilidad técnica se explicará la ordenación e implantación del almacén y los servicios auxiliares necesarios. En consecuencia, se efectuará el estudio de viabilidad económica-financiera del negocio para así poder determinar la rentabilidad del proyecto. Para ello se utilizarán los indicadores del PAY-BACK, el VAN y la TIR. En este estudio también se explicará el método de financiación de la empresa que va a llevar a cabo el proyecto.

[EN]The aim of this project is to study the technical, economic and financial viability of the construction and exploitation of an automotive spare parts storing building. An analysis of the automotive industry is going to be done and, based on the conclusions reached, a business model will be presented. Likewise, it is especially important to analyze the different alternatives for the geographic location of the warehouse, due to the fact that an optimum location will be one of the key aspects in order the business to be successful. It is also relevant the fact that, by the moment, the warehouse will be just operating in the northern area of Spain. The reasons beyond this will be explained along the development of the project. The business model analysis will influence the implantation of a storing building that will meet all the requirements previously established. The ordination and the implantation of the warehouse, as well as the description of the auxiliary services that are going to be installed, are both going to be included in the technical study. Subsequently, the economic and financial viability of the business will be analyzed in order to determine whether the project will be profitable or not. In order to do so, indicators such as the PAY-BACK, the NPV and the IRR are going to be used. Also, this study is going to focus on how the company is going to be financed.

[EU]Jarraian aurkezten den proiektuan automobilentzako ordezko piezak jasoko dituen biltegi baten eraikuntzaren eta ustiapenaren bideragarritasun plana azaltzen da, bertan bideragarritasunaren bi alderdi aztertuko dira, teknikoa eta ekonomiko-finantzarioa. Sektorearen ikerketa egingo da, eta hemendik eratorritako ondorioak kontuan izanik negozio eredu bat proposatuko da. Halaber, garrantzitsua izango da biltegiaren kokapenaren ikerketa egitea, faktore erabakigarria izango baita negozioak arrakasta izan dezan. Honekin lotuta aipagarria da, biltegiak Espainiako iparraldean baino ez dituela eskainiko bere zerbitzuak, erabaki honen arrazoiak lanaren garapenean zehar azaltzen dira. Negozio ereduaren ikerketan, definitutako ezaugarri guztiak betetzen dituen biltegi baten ezarpena zehaztuko da. Bideragarritasun teknikoaren ikerketari dagokionez, biltegiaren ordenazio eta ezarpena azalduko dira, bertan eskainiko diren zerbitzu gehigarriekin batera. Behin hau izanik, proiektuaren bideragarritasun ekonomiko finantzarioa aztertuko da, honen errentagarritasuna zehazteko, PAY-BACK, BEG eta BET adierazleak erabiliko dira horretarako. Ikerketan, baita ere, proiektua aurrera eramango duen enpresaren finantzaketa metodoaren azalpena emango da.
