Diseño de una solución software para organización de tareas en el ámbito laboral y personal

Abstract

[ES]El proyecto descrito en este documento tiene por objetivo conseguir como producto final un sistema de agenda de software libre y open source, que cumpla eficientemente con su cometido. Además de otorgar las funcionalidades básicas que las aplicaciones de agenda ya aportan, se pretenden diseñar y desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades, como son las siguientes: filtrado de eventos cuando un usuario autorizado trate de introducirlos en el calendario de otro usuario, generación de calendarios públicos a utilizar como plantillas que además sean capaces de actualizar automáticamente la fecha de sus eventos de año a año (para plantillas que se repiten anualmente como son las clases de un centro educativo) . Para ello se va a reutilizar algún proyecto open source ya existente. Se aprovecha también para pulir los fallos que ese proyecto pudiera tener.

[EN]The main objective of the project described in this document is to get as a final product a free software and open source calendar system, that fulfills its mission efficiently. It is thought to give all basic functionalities that other calendar applications have. Another goal of the current project is to design and deploy some new functionalities, for example: event filtering when an authorized user tries to insert them into another user calendar, public calendar creation to use them as a base schema or as a model. Those calendars need to be capable of update themselves from year to year. To reach this objective, the idea is to reuse an existing open source project. A secondary goal is to fix the bugs that this base project might have.

[EU]Dokumentu honetan deskribatutako proiektuaren helburua software librean oinarritutako egutegi-sistema bat lortzea da. Produktu honek bere eginkizunak eraginkorki bete behar ditu. Beste edozein egutegi-aplikaziok eskaintzen dituen funtzionalitate basikoak emango ditu. Horrez gain, proiektu honek beste helburu bat dauka: zenbait funtzionaltasun berriak diseinatzea eta inplementatzea, adibidez: gertakari-irgazapena eskudun erabiltzaile batek beste egutegi batean sartu nahi izatean, egutegi publiko bat egitean beste erabiltzaile batzuk txantiloi gisa erabiltzeko. Egutegi horiek aktualizatzeko gai izan behar dira urtero. Jomuga hau lortzeko, beste open source proiektu bat berrerabiltzea da asmoa. Bigarren mailako helburu bat da proiektu horren akatsak konpontzea.
