Estudio de viabilidad e implantación de un establecimiento comercial dedicado a la venta al por menor de materiales de construcción

Abstract

[ES]Este proyecto tiene como objetivo hacer un estudio de la viabilidad técnica y económica de la implantación de un gran establecimiento comercial que vende todo tipo de materiales de construcción en el País Vasco. Para ello, el proyecto incluye un estudio de las diferentes empresas del sector que están teniendo éxito actualmente y un estudio general de los factores que pueden afectar a la apertura del negocio. El proyecto se basa en una descripción técnica del funcionamiento del negocio y de las necesidades para su correcto funcionamiento. Por último, se incluye un estudio de la viabilidad económica y financiera de la implantación del negocio descrito a lo largo del proyecto.

[EN]This project aims to make a study of the technical and economic viability of an implantation of a large comercial establishment which sells all kinds of construction materials in the Basque Country. The project includes a study of all the businesses that currently are being successful and a general study of the factors that can affect the opening of the establishment. The project is based on a technical description of the structure of the establishment to confront correctly the necessities that it will have after being opened and on a description of the organization of the workers. Finally, it is included a study of the economic and viability that would suppose the opening of the establishment and how it could be profitable.

[EU]Proiektu honen helburua, Euskal Herrian, eraikuntzarako materialak saltzen dituen tamaina handiko establezimendu baten inplantazioa eta bere bideragarritasun tekniko eta ekonomikoa aztertzea da. Horretarako, gaur egun arrakasta izanten ari duten antzeko establezimenduak eta arrakasta lortzeko kontuan izan behar diren faktoreak aztertu egingo dira. Proiektuaren gorputz gehiena establezimenduaren deskribapen teknikoaz osatuta dago, eta azkenengoz, proiektuan zehar deskribatutako elementuaren bideragarritasun ekonomiko eta finantzieroa egingo da.
