Análisis de preformas para la forja en caliente de una brida

Abstract

[ES]El objetivo principal de este TFG es diseñar el proceso de forjado de una brida de acero para el sector petrolero que se utilizará para unir las diferentes partes de un sistema de tuberías. Una vez establecidas las dimensiones preliminares de la brida, el diseño inicial se modificará utilizando los valores mínimos recomendados para resolver los problemas típicos de los diseños de una pieza forjada. Entonces, con la ayuda de un simulador de forja, se analizará la manera óptima de forjar la pieza con el objetivo de que el utillaje necesario para el proceso tenga una vida útil lo más larga posible y que la pieza obtenga las mejores propiedades mecánicas. Además, este TFG también indicará el tipo maquinaria más indicada para producir la pieza, dependiendo de las características finales de la brida.

[EN]The main goal of this TFG is to design the fabrication process of a flange of steel for oil sector as which will be used for joining the different parts of a piping system. Once the preliminary measurements of the flange are established, the initial design will be modified to solve the typical problems of the designs of a forged piece. Then, with the help of a forging simulator, the necessary preforms to manufacture the piece will be designed so that the piece obtains the best mechanical properties possible with the least economic cost. In addition, this TFG will also indicate the best machinery to produce the piece, depending on the final characteristics of the piece.
