Pre-diseño de una bancada flexible y reconfigurable para ensamblaje de aeroestructuras

Abstract

[ES]El presente proyecto trata de ofrecer un conjunto de herramientas para realizar el diseño de bancadas flexibles y reconfigurables para ensamblar una gran familia de piezas aeroestructurales. La utilización de este tipo de bancadas tendría un tremendo impacto en la industria aeronáutica, disminuyendo los costes económicos y la simplicidad del proceso de ensamblaje. Además, proporcionaría una capacidad de reutilización que el medio ambiente agradecerá. Tras una redacción del estado del arte de las bancadas, se realizarán una serie de elecciones para conformar el conjunto de herramientas necesario que permita un gran número de diseños posibles. Finalmente, se mostrará una alternativa de diseño para la bancada diseñada mediante el programa Solid Edge.

[EN]The present Project aims to offer the tools to realize the design of flexible and reconfigurable jigs, in order to be able to assembly a great amount of aero- structural pieces. The use of this kind of jigs, would have a huge impact in the aeronautical industry. On one hand, it would greatly benefit by reducing the overall cost of the assembly and on the other, would really simplify the assembling. In addition, this kind of creations would offer the advantage of being recycles something of great help for our environment. After having examined de state of art of the jigs, some elections will be done to select the precise tools that enable us the creation of a wide variety of quality designs. Finally, an alternative design of the jig will be designed using the program Solid Edge.

[EU]Proiektu honek aeroestrukturen mihiztadurarako erabilitako bankada malgukor eta re-prestakorra diseinatzeko tresna multzo bat eskuragarri jartzea du helburu. Bankada hauen erabiltzeak talka izugarria izango lukeen industria aeronautikoan, fabrikazio kostuak gutxiagotuz eta mihizketa prozesua sinplifikatuz. Are gehiago, ingurumenak eskertuko lukeen berrerabiltzeko gaitasuna hornituko luke.
