[EU]Proiektu honen helburua automobilgintzako pieza bat era egokian enbutitu ahal izateko trokelen diseinua egitea da, ordenagailu bidezko simulazioa erabiliz, eta metodo honek dituen abantailak azaltzea. Horretarako PamStamp softwarea erabiliko da enbutizio prozesua zehaztasun handiz simulatzeko aukera ematen duelako edozein elementu fabrikatu baino lehen kostuak eta denbora murriztuz. Programa honi esker prentsaren elementu desberdinen parametroen aldaketak; biribiltze erradioak, pisadorearen indarra, frenoen marruskadura koefiziente eta geometria; bukaerako piezan duen eragina aztertu eta spingbac-aren kalkulua egingo dira. [EN]The aim of this project is to develop the simulation of sheet forming using the software called PamStamp. For this purpose, the main parts of the die for the stamping of an automotive component will be designed and the different results obtained by varying some input parameters, such as, coefficient of friction of the brakes, the force of the punch or the radius of curvature of the matrix, will be compared. The program will allow seeing the evolution of the tension and deformation in the piece during the process, speeding up and reducing the design of the die, since, precise results are obtained without the need for physical tests.
