El presente proyecto, tiene como objetivo principal el estudio, conocimiento y sus medidas adoptadas para un bloque de viviendas, con el fin de que se sustituyan los consumos energéticos de fuentes convencionales por los renovables. Cada vez es mas necesaria la concienciación y la puesta apunto de medidas de ahorro y eficiencia energética en la sociedad, no solo por el ahorro económico, sino por garantizar el bienestar y calidad de vida de nuestra especie.
El edificio objeto de estudio se ubica en el barrio bilbaíno de Altamira, concretamente en el Nº 157 de la carretera Basurto-Castrejana. Consta de 3 plantas y una planta bajo cubierta, en el que se distribuyen 9 viviendas (3 por planta) y trasteros en la planta subterránea.
Se seguirán los procedimientos especificados en el CTE, actualizados, para la determinación de la demanda energética del bloque mediante el estudio de espacios. El objetivo tecnico del proyecto es la instalación de calefacción y ACS en el bloque de viviendas descrito. Para la ejecución de este trabajo de fin de grado se calculará y diseñará la instalación de calefacción y ACS (Instalación solar térmica) con sus componentes, así como el funcionamiento de la misma. Se llevará a cabo una valoración económica del proyecto, El proyecto constará de los siguientes objetivos: Análisis y estudio de las demandas energéticas de calefacción y ACS de la vivienda. Diseño y dimensionamiento de la instalación solar térmica. Diseño del sistema de calefacción. Estudio económico de la instalación. Elaboración del presupuesto de la instalación. Estudio de seguridad y salud, elavoración de los correspondientes planos de las instalaciones y de la distribución de la vivienda; y del correspondiente pliego de condiciones por el cual se va a regir.
