Implantanción de un sistema de gestión integrado (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001) en la empresa Construcciones S.A.

Abstract

Este documento describe el proceso de implantación de un Sistema Integrado en la empresa Construcciones S.A. con el apoyo de la empresa de consultoría Gestión 4 S.R.L. Para ello se ha realizado un análisis de la situación inicial mediante una “check list” diseñada para realizar este análisis, y como resultado de dicho análisis se han propuesto cambios para poder corregir las desviaciones que el sistema de gestión de la empresa respecto a las normas de referencia. De esta forma, la empresa está capacitada obtener posteriormente el certificado.
