Edificio anexo a campo de tiro al plato

Abstract

Resumen: el objetivo principal del presente proyecto es el diseño, cálculo estructural y definición a nivel constructivo de una nueva nave industrial destinada a servir como edificio anexo a un campo de tiro al plato, situada en el municipio de Gumiel de Izán (Burgos). La construcción de dicha nave buscará dar el servicio de almacenaje necesario del campo de tiro, así como de dar un servicio de confort y esparcimiento social a los clientes, dando la accesibilidad de estos usos a las comarcas colindantes. La nave estará formada por una estructura metálica de 32 metros de longitud y 16 metros de luz, con una superficie total construida de 512 m². Estará compuesta por 6 pórticos, cuyo diseño constará de dos vanos de 8 metros, uno de 6 y otros dos de 5 metros. La cubierta será a dos aguas con una inclinación de 10°, siendo el cerramiento de tipo panel sándwich. La altura libre de los pilares que componen los pórticos será de 8 metros, pues 1 metro de éstos irá enterrado, siendo la cimentación de los mismos a base de zapatas aisladas de hormigón armado unidas entre ellas por vigas de atado. La nave en cuestión contará con una zona de entreplanta de 256 m² de superficie, a la cual se podrá acceder a través de una escalera de estructura metálica. Esta zona estará destinada al emplazamiento de un comedor de grandes dimensiones, un despacho privado y aseos tanto masculinos como femeninos. La parte inferior de la entreplanta acogerá al vestíbulo, la recepción/secretaría a través de la cual podrá accederse a la zona fría, los vestuarios masculinos y femeninos y un salón que servirá tanto de zona de esparcimiento como de zona de reuniones. El resto de la nave estará destinada a la labor de almacenaje de las distintas herramientas y materiales necesarios para llevar a cabo el correcto funcionamiento del campo de tiro.

Abstract: the main objective of this project is the design, structural calculation and definition at the constructive level of a new industrial building dedicated to serve as an annexed building to a skeet shooting field, located in the munipality of Gumiel de Izán (Burgos). The construction of this warehouse seeks to provide the necessary storage service of the skeet shooting field, as well as to provide a comfort service and social recreation to the clients, giving the accessibility of these uses to the adjoining regions. The building will have a 32 metre long metal structure and 16 meters of light, with a total constructed area of 512 m². It will consist of 6 porticos, whose design will have two gaps of 8 meters, one of 6 and another two of 5 meters. The roof will be gabled with an inclination of 10° and the enclosure will be sandwich panel. The free height of the pillars that make up the porticos will be 8 meters, since 1 meter of these will be buried, being the foundation of them based on isolated reinforced concrete footings joined by tied beams. The building will have a mezzanine area of 256 m², which can be accessed through a metal frame staircase. This area will be destined to the location of a large dining room, a private office and both male and female toilets. In the lower part of the mezzanine will be the hall, the reception/secretary through which will be posible to access to the cold zone, the male and female changing rooms and a lounge that will serve both a recreation area and a meeting area. The rest of the warehouse will be destined to the work of storage of the different tools and necessary materials to carry out the correct operation of the skeet shooting field.

Laburpena: proiektu honen helburu nagusia plater-tiro eremuaren alboko eraikin bezala balio izateko egitura industrial berri bat diseinatzea, kalkulatzea eta definitzea da. Eraikuntza berri hau Gumiel de Izan-eko udalerrian (Burgos) kokatuko da. Aipatutako eraikuntzak tiro eremuari beharrezko biltegiratze zerbitzua ematea bilatuko du, baita bezeroei konfort eta aisia soziala ematea ere, eskualde mugakideei erabilera hauen eskuragarritasuna emanez. Eraikina 32 metroko luzera eta 16 metroko zabalera duen egitura metalikoa izango da, 512 m²-ko azalera izanik. 6 arkupe izango ditu, zeinen diseinua 8 metroko bi baoz eta 5 metroko beste bi baoz osatuta egongo da, beste bakarra 6 metrokoa izanik. Estalkia bi uretara izango da, 10°-ko aldaparekin, itxitura sandwich panelekin eginda egonez. Arkupeak osatzen dituzten zutabeen altuera 8 metrokoa izango da, hauek metro bat lurperatuak egongo baitira; zimendatzea hormigoizko zapata isolatuekin egingo da, beraien artean lotura habeekin lotuta. Eraikinak 256 m²-ko azalera duen solairuarte bat izango du, egitura metalikoko eskailera baten bidez sartuz. Solairu hau tamaina handiko jangela, bulego pribatu bat eta gizonezkoen zein emakumezkoen bainugelak hartzeko zuzendua izango da. Behealdean atondoa, harrera/idazkaritza, gela hotza (idazkaritzatik sartuz), gizonezkoen zein emakumezkoen aldagelak eta bai aisialdi gunea bai bilera gune gisa duen aretoa izango dira. Eraikuntzaren gainerakoa tiro-eremuaren funtzionamendu zuzena burutzeko lanabesa desberdinen eta materialen biltegiratze lanera zuzenduta egongo da.
