Estandarización de tiempos y reducción del Lead Time en una empresa del sector eléctrico Fundación Lantegi Batuak- Taller Abadiño

Abstract

Con el pasar de los años, los requerimientos del entorno: a nivel político, económico y social, se han acrecentado y han influido en el comportamiento del mercado; lo que ha obligado a las empresas, a estar en constante cambio; ofreciendo productos de menor coste, en el menor tiempo posible y con la mayor calidad deseada. Bajo esta perspectiva, se ha desarrollado una serie de teorías, entre ellas el Sistema de Producción Toyota, que se ha aplicado a muchas empresas; dando como resultado compañías con mayor capacidad de respuesta, mayor solvencia económica, razones por las que se pretende emplear en la empresa caso de estudio. Así pues, el proyecto está enfocado en uno de los pilares sobre los que se sustenta el sistema de producción Toyota, llamado “kaizen” que significa cambiar para mejor, eliminando todo tipo de despilfarros, siendo este ultimo la filosofía que sigue el Lean Manufacturing, por otro lado, se estudiarán diferentes técnicas de mejora. Por consiguiente, se hará un análisis completo de la empresa, fundación Lantegi Batuak, un estudio centrado en uno de los talleres del que se compone; así como de sus instalaciones, actividades que desempeña, para finalmente, centrarse en el contexto específico de aplicación (sección calderería). Se pretende realizar, el análisis de la cadena de valor de la sección, con dos objetivos; estandarizar los tiempos en cada una de las etapas y reducir el lead time; para ello se hará un diagrama de flujo, con la correspondiente toma de tiempos, que serán plasmados en un VSM actual y con la ayuda de las técnicas de mejora aprendidas se construirá el VSM futuro, eliminando así todo tipo de desperdicios.

Beraz, egingo da enpresaren, Lantegi Batuak fundazioaren analisibetea|osoa, osatzen deneko lantegietako batean zentratutakoikerketa|estudioa; bere instalazioen, bahitik ateratzen dituen jardueren bezala horrela, azkenik, aplikazioaren (sail galdaragintzaren) espezifikoa den testuinguruan zentratzea.Bi helbururekin, sailaren baliozko katearen analisia, egitea nahi da; etapetako|aldietakobakoitzeko denboretan|eguraldietanestandarizatzea eta lead-a txikiagotzea iruzur dezan; hartarako egingo da gaurko VSM-ean irudikatuko duten eta ikasitako hobekuntza-tekniken laguntzarekin etorkizuneko VSM-a, hondakin-mota guztiak horrela ezabatuz, eraikiko duen fluxu-diagrama, denbora|eguraldi-hartze egokiarekin.

With the moving years, the requirements of the environment at the political, economic and social level have been increased and influenced the behavior from the market; this has forced firms to be in constant change and offer products at lower cost in the shortest possible time and with the desired quality. From this perspective, it has been developed a lot of theories, among them the Toyota Production System, which is applied in the majority of companies and gives as a result greater responding capacity to the business, so the best result is obtained in qualitative and quantitative terms; for those reasons that concept is intended to be applied in the case study. The project is focusing on one of the pillars of the Toyota Production System called "kaizen" which means to change for the better, eliminating all kinds of waste; being this, the philosophy that follows the lean manufacturing, by the other handthis study will also consider other improvement techniques. Therefore, a complete analysis will be done of the company “Foundation Lantegi Batuak” and it will be focused on one of the workshops of which it is composed, but also its facilities and activities that carries out in order to finally focuson the specific context of implementation (boiler section). The aim is to perform an analysis of the value chain of the section, in order to standardize the times of each of the stages and reduce the lead time, therefore a flowchart will be developed with the corresponding timings which will be later captured in a current VSM and with the improvement techniques learned, a future VSM will be built later eliminating all sorts of waste
