Patologías y soluciones de intervención en fachadas ligeras metálicas

Abstract

Ante el desarrollo de nuevos materiales en la industria y su aplicación en la construcción, surgen nuevos tipos de fachadas, como las metálicas, más ligeras y con características de diseño variadas, cuyas patologías son más desconocidas. Este trabajo tiene como objeto la investigación de dichas lesiones, las cuales dependerán de las condiciones atmosféricas, del material y tratamientos empleados o de la exposición de la fachada. Asimismo, se presentarán los diferentes procesos de reparación a llevar a cabo para prevenir o reparar cada tipo de lesión, en función de sus características. Finalmente, se analizan las condiciones a cumplir por las fachadas ligeras, así como la normativa de obligatorio cumplimiento de estas edificaciones y sus acreditaciones voluntarias. The development of new materials in the industryand their application in the building sector has led to the appearance of new facades, as the metallic ones. These lightsolutions, with different finishing options, are new building solutions which pathologies are unknown compared to the lesions that take place on heavy buildings. The aim of this report is to analyze the different pathologies that can arise in this kind of buildings, which are dependent on the atmospheric conditions or the metal used. Afterwards, the different repair solutions for each kind of lesion are explained. Likewise,the characteristics that the metallic buildings have to fulfil and the normative, either compulsory and additional ones, are exposed.

Material berrien garapenarekin batera industrian eta euren erabilera eraikuntzan, fatxada mota berriak agertzen dira, metalikoak, arinagoak eta patologia ezezaguneko diseinu ezaugarri askotarikoak. Lan honen helburua aipatutako lesioen inbestigazioa da, baldintza atmosferikoen, erabilitako metal motaren eta fatxadaren esposizioaren menpekoak direnak. Gainera, konpontzen prozesu ezberdinak azalduko dira lesio mota horietako bakoitza saihestu eta konpontzeko, lesio mota bakoitzaren ezaugarrien arabera. Azkenik, fatxada arinek bete beharreko baldintzak eta eraikuntza haun derrigorrezko betetze arauak eta bere borondatezko akreditazioak aztertuko dira.
