Proyecto de construcción de un aparcamiento y ampliación de las instalaciones deportivas del Instituto Municipal de Deportes de Ermua (Bizkaia)

Abstract

Resumen: el proyecto define los cálculos, diseño y obras necesarias para la ampliación de las instalaciones deportivas del Instituto Municipal de Deportes de Ermua, con un campo de fútbol sala cubierto y unos vestuarios nuevos, asi como la construcción de un aparcamiento. El objetivo del proyecto es garantizar a los vecinos de la localidad unas condiciones aceptables que permita satisfacer tanto la demanda deportiva de fútbol sala como la escasez de plazas de aparcamiento que hay en esta zona. La extensión del proyecto es de aproximadamente 900 metros cuadrados en total. Para los vestuarios y el campo de fútbol sala se han dimensionado las distintas instalaciones que indica la normativa para el uso que se le va a dar a cada edificio. En cuanto al aparcamiento, se ha dimensionado el paquete de firmes y las cunetas de recogida de aguas pluviales. De esta manera, se mejoran las condiciones del Instituto Municipal de Deportes y consecuentemente, las de la zona en la que se ubica, que se encuentra en crecimiento urbanístico.

Abstract: the project defines the neccesary calculations, designs and works for the ampliation of the sport facilities of the Sport Centre in Ermua with a covered futsal field and with a new locker room as well as the construction of a new parking. The goal of this project is to ensure the locals acceptable conditions both to meet the demand and the shortages of parking spaces in the area. The extensions of the project is aproximately 900 square meters in total. For the locker room and the futsal field have been sized the diferent facilites wich need to meet the regulations in each case. Regarding the parking place, the surface layers and the rain ditches have been measured. In this way, the facilities of the Ermua’s Sport Centre conditions will improve and the same time the area where it is located which is in urban growth.

Laburpena: proiektu honetan Ermuko Udal Kirol Erakundearen hedapenak behar dituen kalkuluak, diseinuak eta lanak azaltzen dira. Hedapen honek futbol areto zelai estali bat, aldagela batzuk eta aparkaleku berri baten eraikuntza barneratuko ditu. Proiektuaren helburua Ermuko auzokideen egoera suspertzea da, gune honetan dagoen aparkaleku gabezia hobetzen eta futbol aretoak duen eskaera bermatzen. Proeikturaren gutxi gorabeherako hedadura 900 metro karratukoa da. Zelaiak eta aldagelek behar dituzten instalazioak ere dimentsionatu dira, eraikin hauek behar dituzten araudiak betetzen. Beste aldetik, aparkalekuan, errepideak eraman behar dituen geruzak eta euri-urak jasotzeko areken neurriak ezarri dira. Honenbestez, Ermuko Udal Kirol Erakundearean baldintzak hobetu egiten dira eta ondorioz, urbanistikoki hazten ari den eremu oso honen egoera suspertzen da.
