Proiektu honen funtsa ur azpiko aplikazioetan lan egiten duten robotak uretan bertan kargatu ahal izateko zatitutako transformadore bidezko energia transferentzia sistema bat garatzea da. Lan honen bitartez hasierako prototipo bat eraiki nahi da, efizientzia energetikoan sakonduko luketen eskala handiagoan eginiko etorkizuneko proiektuak bideragarriak izan daitezkeen aztertzeko.
Berrikuntza honek hobekuntza ugari ekar ditzake arlo honetan, robot hauek karga gune batera eramateko uretatik atera behar ez izanak, baliabide askoren aurreztea, roboten bizitza erabilgarria luzatzea eta teknologia seguru eta efiziente baten inplementazioa suposatuko bailuke.
The goal of this project is to develop a contactless power transfer system with a
split transformer for underwater robot battery charging. This proposition intends
to implement an initial prototype to analyse the viability of future projects that
will focus on the system energetic efficiency at scale.
This new approach would involve great improvements in the field. The fact that robots
would not have to be taken out from the water and brought to charge would imply
important resource savings, enlarging their lifespan and improving the security and
efficiency of the state of the art technology.
