[ES] Introducción: El cáncer de endometrio es el tumor maligno del tracto genital femenino más frecuente en los países desarrollados y en España además de ser el segundo en mortalidad, tras el cáncer de ovario. El grado histológico, la profundidad de la invasión miometrial y el estado de los ganglios linfáticos son los principales factores pronósticos en el cáncer de endometrio. A pesar de ser el tumor maligno más frecuente y que su incidencia está en aumento el tratamiento en estadios iniciales e intermedios y la necesidad de realizar una linfadenectomía pélvica y aorto-cava sistemática está actualmente en discusión .
Objetivos: Determinar la tasa de detección de la técnica de ganglio centinela con “inyección dual” en las pacientes intervenidas de cáncer de endometrio en el Hospital Universitario Donostia desde el 13 de junio de 2014 hasta el 14 de diciembre de 2018.
Material y métodos: Se estudiaron 207 pacientes durante la intervención del CE mediante la técnica de GC realizándoles una inyección en el fundus uterino y otra en el cérvix a nivel superficial y profundo con ICG. The histological grade, the depth of the myometrial invasion and the state of the lymph nodes are the main prognostic factors in endometrial cancer.
