Los repositorios institucionales dentro de las estrategias de preservación de la información sobre patrimonio

Abstract

[ES] El texto analiza la utilidad de los repositorios institucionales (como puede ser el de una universidad) para recoger, preservar y difundir la información relativa a elementos patrimoniales que han ido desarrollando diferentes personas dentro de la organización. El tema se ilustra con el ejemplo del Laboratorio de Documentación Geométrica del Patrimonio de la UPV/EHU.

[EN] This text analyses the usefulness of the institutional repositories (e.g. the university ones) for collecting, preserving and disseminating the information regarding cultural heritage elements that have been developed by the organization’s staff. The topic is presented together with the case study of the Laboratory for the Geometric Documentation of the Heritage of the University of the Basque Country.
