dc.description.abstract[EU]Hemen aurkezten den Gradu Amaierako Proiektua Donostiako Kimika Zientzien Fakultateko Kimika Organikoa I Departamentuan burutu den lana da, departamentu horretako Antonia Mielgo Vicente irakasleak eta Iurre Olaizola Alvarez doktoreak zuzendua. Proiektu honetan planteatu den ikerkuntza kimika organikoaren arloaren barruan kokatzen da, organokatalisi asimetrikoaren arloan hain zuzen. Ikerkuntzataldearen proiektu berri baten barruan, ureidopeptido motako katalizatzaile bat prestatzea eta haren eraginkortasuna α-ordezkatutako nitroalkano eta α-hidroxienona baten arteko Michael erreakzio batean frogatzea izan da helburu nagusia.es_ES
dc.description.abstract[EN]This research project has been developed at the Department of Organic Chemistry I at the Faculty of Chemistry in San Sebastian under the guidance of professor Antonia Mielgo Vicente and doctor Iurre Olaizola Alvarez from the same department. The proposed research work for this project is related to the area of organic chemistry, and more specifically to the field of asymmetric organocatalysis. The goal of the project has been to synthesize a new ureidopeptidic catalyst and check the efficiency in an asymmetric Michael reaction which employs α-hydroxyenones as acceptors and α-branched nitroalkanes as donors.
