Abstract
[EU] Gradu Amaierako Lan honetan hezkuntza munduan aurkitzen den aniztasunaren ildoa
jarraituz, hizkuntza eta kulturaren garrantzia aztertuko dira. Halaber, gaian sakontzeko, egungo errealitatearen berri emango da bizitza-istorioen bidez. Horretarako, Alkira izeneko neskatxo batekin munduko kontinente ezberdinetan zehar bidaiatzera gonbidatuko da txosten
honetako irakurlea. Berari esker, lan honen xede nagusia bete daiteke: hezkuntzan aurkitzen
den aniztasun-kulturala identifikatzea eskoletan lantzeko egiten den proposamenarekin,
oraindik ere gizartean jarraitzen duten emakume eta gizonen arteko ezberdintasunez
ohartzeko.
Aniztasuna, hizkuntza, kultura, bizitza-istorioa, emakumea [ES] En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se va a analizar la importancia de los idiomas y
culturas, teniendo en cuenta la diversidad que hay en el mundo educativo. Así mismo, para
profundizar en el tema, se analizará la realidad actual mediante historias de vida. Para ello, se
invitará al lector de esta memoria a viajar por diferentes continentes con una muchacha
llamada Alkira. Gracias a ella, se puede alcanzar el objetivo prinicipal de este trabajo:
identificar la diversidad cultural en la educación con la propuesta que se hace para este
mísmo ámbito, y así darse cuenta de las diferencias entre hombres y mujeres que aún existen
en la sociedad.

analyzed, taking into account the diversity that exists in the educational world. In order to
examine the issue in depth, the current reality will be studied through real-life stories. Then,
the reader is invited to travel visiting different continents with a teenage girl named Alkira.
Thanks to her, it is possible to achieve the main objective of this final work: identify the
cultural diversity in education with the proposal made for schools, to realize there are still
differences between men and women in society.
