Laktato lagin bakar baten bitartez laktato unbral finkoak estimatzeko test-aren azterketa emakumezko futbol jolarietan.
Abstract
[EUS] Gradu amaierako lan hau odol laktato kontzentrazio (BLC) lagin bakar baten bidez, laktato unbral finkoak estimatzeko, erregresio ekuazioak emakumezko futbolarientzat lortzea du helburu. Hiru mmol/l (S3mM) eta 4mmol/l (S4mM) laktato unbral finkoak korrika test ez jarrai progresibo baten bidez neurtu dira emakumezko 48 futbol jokalarietan. Test-a 5 minutuko estadioak ditu eta maximoraino egin zen, laktatoa 4 mmol/L pasa arte aterata. Estadioen artean 3 minutuko atsedena egonik. Test-a 8,5km/h-tan hasten da eta 1,5km/h igoera zeukan estadio batetik bestera. S3mM eta S4mM determinatu egin dira BLC vs abiadura kurben interpolazio lineal baten bidez. Unbralen eta lorturiko laginen arteko korrelazioak aztertu dira. Korrelazio estuak lortu dira 11,5 kilometro ordutan lorturiko odol laktato lagina (BLC11,5) eta S3mM zein S4mM unbralekin, r=0,96 eta r=0,97. Honetaz aparte 10 kilometro ordutan lorturiko odol laktato lagina (BLC10) korrelazio oso handiak lortu ditu S3mM eta S4mM unbralekin, r=0,92 eta r=0,90. Beste aldetik 8,5km/h lorturiko odol laktato lagina (BLC8,5) lorturiko korrelazioak handiak izan dira S3mM eta S4mM unbralekin, r=0,702 eta r=0,701. Beraz BLC11,5 oso test zehatza dela ikusi da, baino 21 minutu behar dira hau burutzeko. BLC10 aldiz zehatza dela ikusi da eta bakarrik 13 minutuko test bat denez nahiko praktikoa izan daiteke. Azkenik BLC8,5 zehaztasun txikiagoa erakutsi du baino test oso erraz eta azkar bat dela ikusi da. Lorturiko erregresioak literatura zientifikoarekin bat etorri dira. Esperotako erlazioak eman dira estadio desberdinen eta laktato unbralen artean. Beraz submaximo, erraza, merkea eta praktikoa den test baten bitartez laktato unbral finkoak estimatzeko beharrezkoa den erregresioak lortu dira lan honetan emakumezko futbolarientzat. [EN] This final degree thesis aimed to develop practical regression equations using a single blood lactate concentration (BLC) sample measured at different running stage speeds to estimate the speeds at fixed blood lactate concentration (FBLC) thresholds of 3 (S3mM) and 4 mmol/L (S4mM). FBLC thresholds were measured discontinuous progressive running test on 48 female soccer players. The test was composed of 5-minute stages with a three minute break in between. The test was performed until volitional fatigue, although BLC samples were just taken until an individual BLC of 4mmol/L was observed. The test started at 8.5km/h and was increased by 1.5km/h until volitional exhaustion. S3mM and S4mM were determined by linear interpolations. The relationships between the BLC single measures at different running stage speeds and the FBLC thresholds were analyzed. A very close relationship has been found between blood lactate concentration at 11,5km/h (BLC11,5) and S3mM (r=0,96), and also between BLC11,5 and S4mM (r=0,97). Also extremely large relationships between blood lactate concentration at 10km/h (BLC10) and S3mM (r=0,92), and BLC10 vs S4mM (r=0,90) were found. Very large (r=0,70 to 0,71) relationships were also found between blood lactate concentration at 8.5 km/h (BLC8.5) and both measured FBLC thresholds. So BLC11,5 has been seen to be a very precise test but it needs 21 minutes to be completed. On the other hand BLC10 is also precise and needs only 13 minutes to been complete. Lastly BLC8,5 is less precise but it has been seen that is a very easy and fast test (i.e. 5 min to be performed). The regressions achieved are in agreement with the previous studies. The expected relationships between the different stages’ BLCs and the FBLC thresholds and their functional equations are reported in this final thesis. Then, the necessary regressions have been developed to estimate FBLC through a submaximal, easy, cheap and practical test.
