OSALAGUN: web-zerbitzu bidez atzigarri jartzeko medikuntzako ezagutzaren kudeaketa eta kontsulta-sistema

Abstract

[EU]Hainbat sektore eta domeinutan arazo medikoen baheketak eta diagnostikoak egiteko informazio erabilgarria pilatzen da, baina informazio hori osasun arloko profesionalen esku jartzeko sistema bat sortzea zaila da. Ezagutza hori munduko edozein lekutik eskuragarri egotea eta modu sistematiko batean kudeatzea ezinbestekoa da sistemaren erabilgarritasuna bermatzeko eta bere mantentzea errazteko. Hori dela eta, proiektu honen helburua osasun arloko gomendioak eta informazio gehigarria ematen dituen azpiegitura teknologiko bat definitzea eta prototipo bat sortzea da. Sistemaren interfazea web atari bat izango da, CMS batekin inplementatu eta kudeatuko dena. Gomendioak emateko, inferentzia-motorren bidez exekutatzen diren sistema adituak erabiliko dira. [ES]En varios sectores y dominios se acumula información útil para los cribados y los diagnósticos de problemas médicos, pero es difícil crear un sistema para poner esa información en manos de los profesionales del ámbito de la salud. Es imprescindible que ese conocimiento sea accesible desde cualquier lugar del mundo y que se gestione de manera sistemática para garantizar la disponibilidad del sistema y facilitar su mantenimiento. Por tanto, el objetivo de este proyecto es definir una infraestructura que dé recomendaciones e información suplementaria del ámbito de la salud y crear un prototipo. La interfaz del sistema será un portal web, implementado y gestionado con un CMS. Para dar las recomendaciones, se utilizarán sistemas expertos que se ejecutan mediante motores de inferencia. Un servicio web posibilitará el intercambio de información entre esos componentes. Se integrarán sistemas expertos para tres cribados de problemas clínicos para probar la utilidad del sistema.

[EN]Information useful for screening and diagnosing medical problems accumulates in various sectors and domains, but it is difficult to create a system to put that information in the hands of health professionals. It is essential that this knowledge is accessible from anywhere in the world and that it is managed in a systematic way to guarantee the availability of the system and facilitate its maintenance. Therefore, the objective of this project is to define an infrastructure that provides recommendations and supplementary information in the field of health and to create a prototype. The system interface will be a web portal, implemented and managed with a CMS. To give the recommendations, expert systems that are executed by means of inference engines will be used. A web service will enable the exchange of information between those components. Expert systems will be integrated for three clinical problem screenings to test the usefulness of the system.
