dc.description.abstract[EUS] Gaur egun genero-berdintasuna ikasgeletara iritsi dela defendatzen da jendartean, eskola mistoak mutilen eta nesken berdintasuna bermatu duela justifikatuz. Aldiz, generoen arteko desberdintasunak duela hamarkada batzuetakoak baino ikusezinagoak bihurtu diren arren, gizarte sexista eta desorekatu bat mantentzen eta erreproduzitzen duen hezkuntza-eredua jarraitzen dugu izaten. Hurrengo orrialdeetan ideia honen zergatia aztertuko da, bukaerako fokua irakasleen kontzientzia eta formazioaren garrantzian jarriz, kalitatezko hezkuntza hezkidetzailea transmititzeaz arduratzen diren eragile nagusiak irakasleak direla kontuan hartuta. Era berean, metodo desberdinen bitartez ikastetxe eta irakasle desberdinen egoera aztertuko da eta ideia guztiak bilduta, unibertsitate garaian irakasle izateko prestatzen ari diren ikasleek jaso beharko luketen formazio baten proposamena plazaratuko da.es_ES
dc.description.abstract[EN] Today it is publicly defended that gender equality has reached classrooms, justifying that mixed school guarantees equality between men and women. However, although gender inequalities have become more invisible than they were decades ago, we still have an educational model that maintains and reproduces a sexist and unbalanced society. In the following pages we will analyze the reason for this idea, putting the final focus on the importance of teacher awareness and training, taking into account that the main agents in charge of transmitting a quality coeducational education are teachers. Likewise, through different methods, the situation of different centers and teachers will be analyzed and, gathering all the ideas, a proposal will be launched for the formation that students who are preparing to become teachers in the university period should receive.
