dc.description.abstract[EU]Medikuen espezialitate formazio garaia, Barne Mediku Egoiliarra (BAME), estres eta zaurgarritasun haundiko epe bezala deskribatu izan da zientzia literaturan. Ikerketa honen helburua, Gipuzkoako familia-mediku egoiliarren antsietate-mailak neurtzea izan da.Antsietatearen alderdi kuantitatibo eta kualitatiboak kontutan hartuta ikerketa deskribatzaile eta prospektiboa burutu da.Neurketa hau HADS galdetegi estandarizatuaren bitartez eta ikerketarako sortutako galdetegi kualitatibo baten bitartez egin da. Sintoma hauek formakuntza urtearekin, ospitale-motarekin, generoarekin, depresioarekin eta espezialitate aukeraketarekiko adostasunarekin harremanik ote zuten aztertzeko ere baliatu dugu. Galdetegi hauek 2020-ko urrian eta 2021-eko martxoan (5 hilabeteko tartean) burutu ziren, denbora tarte hortan aldaketarik ote zegoen aztertu nahian. Egoiliarren %50-ak antsietate maila ertain-altuak aurkeztu ditu. Konfiantza maila baxua eta antsietatearen autopertzeptzioa guardia bezperan, guardia bitartean eta larrialdietan deskribatu dira gehienbat. Sintoma fisiko eta kognitiboak guardia bitartean maiztasun haundiagorekin agertu dira eta emozionalak guardia osteko uneetan.Hala ere, ez da aldagaien arteko lotura estatistiko esanguratsurik aurkitu. Hala ere, egoiliarrak ondoeza psikologikoa izateko arrisku populazioa direla konfirmatu dugu.Etorkizunera begira ikerketa gehio behar dira, baheketa eta lanketa egoki bat egin ahal izateko.es_ES
dc.description.abstract[EN]The high training of physicians, Internal Resident Physician (MIR), has been described in the scientific literature as a period of great stress and vulnerability. The aim of this study was to measure the anxiety levels of family physicians residing in Gipuzkoa. A descriptive and prospective study was conducted taking into account the quantitative and qualitative aspects of anxiety. This measurement was carried out using the standardized HADS questionnaire and a qualitative questionnaire generated for research. We have also taken the opportunity to analyze whether these symptoms were related to the year of formation, the type of hospital, gender, depression and consensus in the choice of specialties. These questionnaires were conducted in October 2020 and March 2021 (within 5 months), in order to analyze whether there were changes in that time period. 50% of residents have medium-high levels of anxiety. The low level of confidence and self-perception of anxiety have been described mainly on the eve of the guard, during the guard and in emergencies. Physical and cognitive symptoms have appeared during the guard more often and emotional at times after the guard. However, no significant statistical relationship has been found between variables. However, we have confirmed that residents are a population at risk of psychological distress.
