Abstract

[EUS] Genero indarkeriaren biktimen intimitate eta ohore eskubideen babesari buruzko azterketa juridikoa. Intimitate eta ohore eskubideen kontzeptualizazioa doktrinalki eta jurisprudentzialki aztertuko da, baita Espainiar Konstituzioak eta gainerako espainiar legeek ematen dioten babesa ere. Aipatutakoaz gain, bai komunikabideetan bai sare sozialetan eman daitezkeen genero indarkeria pairatzen duten biktimen intimitate eta ohore eskubideen urraketak aztertuko dira.

[ES] Análisis jurídico sobre la protección de los derechos a la intimidad y al honor de las víctimas de la violencia de género. Se analizará doctrinal y jurisprudencialmente la conceptualización de los derechos a la intimidad y al honor, así como la protección que le otorga la Constitución Española y demás leyes españolas. Además, se analizarán las violaciones de los derechos a la intimidad y al honor de las víctimas de violencia de género, tanto en los medios de comunicación como en las redes sociales.

[EN] Legal analysis on the protection of the rights to privacy and honour of victims of gender-based violence. The conceptualization of the rights to privacy and honour, as well as the protection granted by the Spanish Constitution and other Spanish laws, will be analyzed in doctrinal and jurisprudential terms. In addition, violations of the rights to privacy and honour of victims of genderbased violence will be discussed, both in the media and in social networks.
