La situación del euskera en la Administración de Justicia Vasca

Abstract

[ES] La socíedad vasca lleva tiempo tratando de lograr la normalización lingüística del euskera en todos los ámbitos posibles. En este trabajo, analizaremos cual es la situación del euskera en la Administracíón de Justicia del País Vasco. Partimos de la idea de que la situación del euskera en la Administración de Justicia vasca es más precaria que en aquellas administraciones en las que existen competencías plenamente transferidas. Nuestra intención es ver hasta qué punto esto es así cómo afecta esta circunstancia a la hora de que los justiciables opten por una u otra lengua.

[EUS] Euskal gizartea, aspaldidanik, euskararen normalizazioa ahalik eta alor guztietan lortzen saiatzen ari da. Lan honetan, euskararen egoera Euskadiko Justizia-Administrazioan aztertuko dugu. Kontuan hartu behar da, printzipioz, alor honetan, euskara egoera ezegonkorrago batean egongo dela gainontzeko administrazioekin konparatuta, eskumenak osorik transferitu barik daudelako. Gure xedea, hau zenbateraino den horrela ikustea da eta inguruabar horrek nola eragiten duen auzipetuek hizkuntza bat edo bestea aukeratzen dutenean.

[EN] Basque societv has been long time trying to achieve the linguist ic normalization of the basque language in ali possible areas. In this work, we will analvze which is the situation of the basque language ín the Basque Administratíon of Just ice. We start from the idea that the situation of the basque language ín the Basque Administration of Justice is more precarious than in the administrations in which the competences are fullv transferred. Our intention is to check to what extent t his is true or not and how does this circumstance affect the justiciables when thev have to choose one language or the other.
