Abstract

[EUS] Emakumeen aurkako indarkeria gure gizartean dagoen desberdintasunaren sinbolorik itzelena dugu, eta desberdintasun hori eragiten edo iraunarazten duten eragile ezberdinak ditugu, hala nola, zerga-sistema. Horregatik lan honek finantza zuzenbideak emakumeen eta gizonen arteko desberdinkeriari nola eragin diezaiokeen aztertzea du, aurrekontu neurrietan bai eta zerga-bilketan ere.

[ES] La violencia de género es el símbolo más brutal de la desigualdad existente en nuestra sociedad, y existen distintos factores que provocan y perpetúan dicha desigualdad, entre otros, el sistema tributario. Por ello, el objeto de este trabajo será tratar de analizar en qué medida afecta el sistema de tributos a la desigualdad de género, tanto en lo que se refiere a medidas presupuestarias, así como a las recaudatorias.

[EN] Violence against women is the most brutal symbol of gender inequalities in our society, and there are several elements that cause and perpetuate such inequalities, for instance, the financial system. Therefore, the aim here will be to try to analyse the impact that financial systems have on gender inequalities, regarding both, budget and tax measures.
