Emakumea (des)eraikitzen: trans emakumeak, feminismoa eta transfobia. Garapena eta egungo gatazka

Abstract

[EU]Aurten argitaratutako Trans Legearekin trans identitateen inguruko eztabaidak eta aurkako argumentuak zabaldu dira berriz komunikabideetan eta iritzi publikoan. Honek feminismoan ere eragina izan du, sektore feminista trans baztertzailea legearen aurka agertu da, trans kolektiboaren aurkako argumentuak emanez, emakume transexualen aurka, zehazki. Gatazka aztertzeko xedearekin jarraipen bat egin da feminismoaren garapenean eta trans kolektiboaren egoeran. Lan honen xede nagusiak dira erreakzio transfobikoak aztertzea gaur egun arte eta horiek izandako inpaktua trans emakume gazteengan. Metodologiarako prentsa eta lau trans emakume gazteen elkarrizketak erabili dira, horregatik galderak egin zaizkie trans bezala identifikatzen diren lau parte hartzaileei. Elkarrizketatuek trans identitateak, terf kolektiboarekin bizi duten gatazka eta Trans Lege berriak sustatu ditzakeen aldaketei buruzko galderak erantzun dituzte. Jasotako emaitzek lege berriak sortutako itxaropen eta frustrazioei buruzko gogoeta egitea ahalbidetu dit.

[ES] Con la Ley Trans publicada este año se han reabierto los debates y los argumentos en contra de las identidades trans en los medios de comunicación y la opinión pública. Esto también ha influido en el feminismo, el sector feminista trans excluyente se ha mostrado contrario a la ley, aportando argumentos contra el colectivo trans, concretamente contra las mujeres transexuales. Con el fin de analizar el conflicto se ha realizado un seguimiento del desarrollo del feminismo y de la situación del colectivo trans. Los principales objetivos de este trabajo son analizar las reacciones transfóbicas hasta la actualidad y su impacto en las mujeres trans jóvenes. Para la metodología se ha utilizado prensa y cuatro entrevistas de mujeres jóvenes trans, por lo que se han realizado preguntas a las cuatro participantes que se identifican como trans. Los entrevistados han respondido a preguntas sobre las identidades trans, el conflicto que viven con el colectivo terf y los cambios que puede promover la nueva Ley Trans. Los resultados obtenidos me han permitido reflexionar sobre las expectativas y frustraciones generadas por la nueva ley.

[EN]With the Trans Act published this year, discussions and arguments against trans identities have been reopened in the media and in public opinion. This has also affected feminism. The exclusionary trans feminist sector has opposed the law by providing arguments against the trans collective, specifically against transgender women. The purpose of analysing the conflict has been to monitor the development of feminism and the situation of the trans collective. The main objectives of this work are to study transphobic reactions to this day and their impact on trans young women. The methodological press and interviews of four trans young women have been used, so questions have been asked of the four participants identified as trans. The interviewees have answered questions about trans identities, the conflict with the terf collective and the changes that the new Trans Act may bring about. The results have allowed me to reflect on the hopes and frustrations of the new law.
