dc.description.abstractEn este proyecto de tesis se sintetizaron y caracterizaron una gama de copolímeros basados en lactidas que muestran propiedades mecánicas compatibles con el tejido nervioso. Además, se exploraron diversos procesos (tratamientos térmicos, adición de CNT y nanolitografía) con el objetivo de modificar la topografía superficial de los films para finalmente estudiar su interacción con células relevantes del sistema nervioso (astrocitos y microglía). Como un dispositivo implantable suele provocar una respuesta inflamatoria, la interacción se estudió en términos de viabilidad celular, liberación de TNF y producción de nitritos.es_ES
