[EU] Obulutegi polikistikoaren sindromea (OPKS) ugalketa-adinean dauden emakumeen artean nahaste endokrino metabolikorik ohikoena da. Bere etiologia ezezaguna da, eta hainbat modutan azaltzen da, besteak beste, hilekoaren irregulartasuna, oligo edo anobulazioa, hiperandrogenismo klinikoa, obulutegi polikistikoaren ultrasoinuen irudia, obesitatea, intsulinarekiko erresistentzia eta antzutasuna. Gure ingurunean gero eta kutsatzaile gehiago detektatzen ari dira eta hauetariko asko disruptore endokrinoak (DE) direla baieztatu da. Gero eta nabariagoa da ingurumen-toxikoek hainbat asaldura eragin ditzaketela organismoan: obesitatea, diabetesa, tiroideko eta ugalketa-aparatuaren disfuntzioak…
Errebisio bibliografiko honetan OPKS eta DEei buruzko informazio gaurkotua batzeaz aparte, OPKS eta DEen arteko erlazioak aztertu dira. Honen helburua ikerketa desberdinen emaitzak analizatzea eta parekatzea da, eta informazio guzti honekin, prebentzio estrategia eta tratamendu posible berriak eta etorkizun hurbilean burutu ahal diren ikerketa berriak proposatzea da.
