The coincidence of the kernel and nucleolus of a convex game: an alternative proof
(2013)
In 1972, Maschler, Peleg and Shapley proved that in the class of convex the nucleolus and the kernel coincide. The only aim of this note is to provide a shorter, alternative proof of this result.
Metodología analítica para el control de calidad en ambientadores higiénicos basados en la cuantificación de sus componentes mediante cromatografía de gases acoplada a espectrometría de masas (GC/MS).
(2016-04-08)
Increasingly, the quality control on production processes is becoming imperative in industry. This control includes the analysis of raw materials and their suppliers. In the hygiene products industry, this control is vital ...

Uncertainty and Real Options. Investment and Development of Fishing Resources (I)
(2000-01)
[EN] The valuation of development opportunity of a fishery is made particularly difficult by the high degree of uncertainty attaching to the price of the fishing resource. The net-present-value and other discounted cash-flows ...
Semiparametric inference in correlated long memory signal plus noise models
(2010-04)
This paper proposes an extension of the log periodogram regression in perturbed long memory series that accounts for the added noise, also allowing for correlation between signal and noise, which represents a common situation ...
Merging to License: Internal vs. External Patentee

A Simple Model of Anticompetitive Vertical Integration
(2003-01)
The result of neutrality of vertical integration for competition postulated by the Chicago School can be supported by a benchmark model with (1) an upstream monopolist, (2) homogeneous goods downstream and (3) observable ...
Oracles for audio chord estimation
(2012)
This paper explores how audio chord estimation could improve if information about chord boundaries or beat onsets is revealed by an oracle. Chord estimation at the frame level is compared with three simulations, each using ...
