Abstract
Laburpena: proiektu hau Gradu Amaierako Proiektu gisa aurkezten da (12 ECTS) Ingeniaritza Mekanikoko titulua lortzeko. Aeronautika elementu ezberdinen muntaian erabilitako tresna malgu bat diseinatzeko prozesua deskribatzen du.
Proiektu honek kostu baxuko eragingailuen ekintzari esker, gorputz estuetako aireontzi baten fuselaje zentroko geometriara egokitzeko gai den egitura baten definizioarekin hasten da, hau da, "erradio txikiko" kurbatura lortu ahal duena. Zutabea deitzen den egitura hori lortzeko, GIM simulazio zinematikoko softwarea erabili da.
Ondoren, GIM softwarearen 3D-ko simulazio zinematikoko egituren erantzunetan oinarrituta diseinua egiten da. Simulazio hauei esker, tresneria malgua nola mugitzen den ikus daiteke eta baita ere dituen mugimendu guztiak, nodoen eta barraen azken posizioa eta baita haien ibilbideen kurbatura zentroak ere.
Tresneriaren diseinua eta bere muntaketa CAD Inventor tresnaren bidez egin dira. Horretarako, literaturan barrak bilatu dira, nahikoa lodiera duten ardatz eta nodoa lotzeko. Nodoak ere diseinatu dira, eta mugimendua lortzeko gai diren simulazio zinematikokoaren bidez aztertu da. Aukeratutako lotura elementuak (torlojuak, torloju esferikoak, etab.), elementu estandarrak edo komertzialak izan dira.
Fabrikatu beharreko pieza eutsi ahal izateko, pieza hori nodo/barra egiturara era egokian lotzea ahalbidetzen duen soluzioa planteatu da.
Tresna horretan esku hartzen duten kostu baxuko eragingailuen kopurua ere mugatu egin da prezioa murrizteko.
Azkenean, sistemaren simulazio mekanikoa CESTRI 3D ko egiturentzako kalkulu softwarearekin egin da, barra horiek jasaten dituzten gutxi-gorabeherako tensio axialak neurtzeko.
Proiektuak aurrekontua ere barne hartzen du eta bertan: bulego teknikoaren, elementu komertzialen, fabrikatu beharreko elementuen eta muntaia, azterketa eta mantentzearen kostuak biltzen ditu.
Abstract: the present project is presented as Final Degree Project (12 ECTS) to qualify for
the degree in Mechanical Engineering. It describes the process of designing a flexible
tool, formed by a structure nodes/bar, used for the tying up of different aeronautical
components.
The project begins with the definition of a structure that is capable, due to the action
of low-cost actuators, of adapting to the geometry of the part of the central fuselage of a
narrow-body aircraft, that is, the estructure is able to reach a "small" radius of curvature.
To get to that structure, called the column, the GIM kinematic simulation software is used.
Subsequently, the kinematic simulation of the adopted solutions of the 3D
structures in the GIM software is made, where it is observed how the flexible tooling
moves, all the range of movement that it has and the final position of the nodes and the
bars, as well as the centers of curvature of their trajectories.
The design of the tooling and its assembly has been carried out in the CAD Inventor
tool. For this purpose, bars have been searched for in the literature with sufficient
thickness to withstand axial stresses and knots have been designed that can join the bars,
with a bolted connection or with a ball joint, and that are capable of achieving the
movement obtained in the kinematic simulation as to correctly transmit the axial forces
of traction or compression. The joining elements (screws, nuts, spherical bolts, etc.) are
standard or commercial elements.
To be able to hold the piece to be manufactured, a solution has been defined that
allows the correct clamping of said piece to the structure nodes / bar.
The number of low-cost actuators that intervene in the tooling has also been limited
to lower its price.
Finally, a mechanical simulation of the system has been carried out using CESTRI
3D structural calculation software, to see the approximate axial tensions to which the bars
are subjected.
The project also includes the budget, which includes the technical office costs, the
costs of the commercial elements, the costs of the elements to be manufactured and the
costs of assembly, testing and maintenance.
