Abstract

[EUS] Lan honen helburua zombie enpresek Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoan 2009-2020 aldian izan duten egoera aztertzea eta pandemiak mota horretako enpresen hedapenean nola eragin duen ikustea da. Lehenik eta behin, alderdi teorikoak landu dira zombie kontzeptua argitzeko, besteak beste, haren historia, ezaugarriak, kausak eta gizartean sortzen duten eragina. Ondoren, azken 10 urteetan, EAEko azterketa egin da, zombiek izan duten bilakaera aztertuz eta gehien erasandako probintziak zein zombifikatuenak diren sektoreak ikusi ahal izan da. Era berean, lortutako emaitzak grafikoetan, tauletan eta irudietan sailkatu dira. Jarraian, komunitate honen egoera beste erkidego batzuekin alderatu ahal izateko, SABIren datu basean eskuragarri dagoen azken urtea hartu da erreferentzia gisa, hau da, 2019. urtea. Horrela, modu objektiboagoan aztertu ahal izan dira aurretik lortutako datuak. Bestalde, COVID-19aren egoerari buruzko informazioa lortzeko, hainbat elkarrizketa burutu dira. Amaitzeko, ondorioak atera eta egoera hobetzeko konponbide batzuk proposatu dira.

[ES] El objetivo de este trabajo ha sido analizar la situación de las empresas zombies en la Comunidad Autónoma Vasca (CAV) durante los años 2009-2020 y observar cómo ha afectado la pandemia en la propagación de este tipo de empresas. En primer lugar, se han trabajado aspectos teóricos para aclarar el concepto zombie; entre otros, su historia, características, causas y el efecto que crean en la sociedad. Después, se ha efectuado un análisis de la CAV en los últimos 10 años, pudiendo ver la evolución que han tenido las zombies, las provincias más afectadas incluso los sectores que están más zombificados. A su vez, los resultados obtenidos se han clasificado en gráficos, tablas e imágenes. A continuación, para poder comparar la situación de esta con otras comunidades, se ha cogido de referencia el último año disponible en la base de datos de SABI, es decir, el año 2019. Así mismo, se ha podido analizar de una manera más objetiva los datos obtenidos anteriormente. Por otro lado, para conseguir información sobre la situación del COVID-19, se han realizado varias entrevistas estructuradas. Para finalizar, se han sacado conclusiones y se han propuesto algunas soluciones para mejorar la situación.

[EN] The aim of this work has been to analyse the situation of zombie companies in the Basque Autonomous Community (BAC) during the years 2009-2020 and to observe how the pandemic has affected the spread of this type of company. Firstly, theoretical aspects were worked on to clarify the zombie concept, including its history, characteristics, causes and the effect they create in society. Then, an analysis of the BAC over the last 10 years was carried out, showing the evolution of zombies, the provinces most affected and even the sectors that are most zombified. In turn, the results obtained have been classified in graphs, tables, and images. Then, in order to compare the situation of this with other communities, the last year available in the SABI database, i.e. 2019, has been taken as a reference. In this way, it has been possible to analyse the data obtained previously in a more objective way. On the other hand, in order to obtain information on the situation of COVID-19, several structured interviews were carried out. Finally, conclusions were drawn, and some solutions were proposed to improve the situation.
