[EUS] Neurozientziek duela gutxi izandako garapen apartak giza portaeraren eta erabakiak hartzearen
oinarriei buruzko suposizio tradizionalak nahastu ditu. Marketinaren arloan izan dituen
ondorioek neuromarketina sortzea ekarri dute, eta marketin tradizionalerako "iraultza" bat,
kontsumitzailearen portaera, erabilitako ikerketa-teknikak eta garatutako estrategiak ulertzeko
moduari dagokionez.
Azken hauen artean, bi nabarmentzen dira, gero eta garrantzi eta hedapen handiagoa dutelako:
marketin emozionala eta marketin sentsoriala.
Kontsumitzaileen sentimenduak eta emozioak, zentzumenak eta sentsazioak beharrak eta
nahiak asetzeko, sortzeko edo aldatzeko erabiltzeak haien inplikazio etikoei buruzko eztabaida
gero eta handiagoa eragin du, enpresek beren onurarako erabil baitezakete lortutako
informazioa, kontsumitzailea "manipulatuz".
Gaur egun irekita dagoen eztabaida da, eta ez da ondorio argi eta irmorik atera horri buruz,
hainbat iritzi ezberdin baititu horren inguruan. [ENG] The extraordinary development recently experienced by neurosciences has upsetting traditional
assumptions about the basis of human behavior and decision-making. Its consequences in the
field of marketing have meant the emergence of neuromarketing and a "revolution" for
traditional marketing in terms of the way of understanding consumer behavior, the research
techniques used and the strategies developed.
Among the latter, two stand out due to their growing importance and expansion: emotional
marketing and sensory marketing.
The fact of using feelings and emotions; the senses and feelings of consumers in order to satisfy,
create or modify needs and desires has given rise to a growing debate about its ethical
implications, since companies can use the information obtained for their own benefit by
"manipulating" the consumer in this way.
It is currently an open debate on which no clear and firm conclusion has been reached, as it has
many different opinions on the subject.
