[EUS] Azterlan honen helburu nagusiak, desgaitasun fisikoa duten pertsonek ariketa fisikoa (AF)
egiteko dituzten arrazoi/oztopo eta AF maila aztertzea izan dira, heziketa fisikoan (HF) izandako
esperientzien arabera. Bertan, desgaitasun fisikoa zuten 42 pertsona helduk parte hartu zuten.
Partaideek Motivos y Barreras para la Actividad Fí sica y el Deporte (MBAFD) eta Phisicale Activity
Scale for Individuals with Physical Disabilities (PASIPD) galdetegiei erantzun zieten. AF egitean
beraien buruarekin ongi sentitzea izan zen hautemandako arrazoi nagusiena. Aldiz, oztopo
nagusiena AF egokitua egiteko aukera gutxi izatea izan zen.
itemean desberdintasun esanguratsuak ikusi ziren HF esperientzia positiboak (EP) izan
zituztenen aldetik. AF mailari dagokionez, ez zen desberdintasunik ikusi EP eta EN artean. Hala
ere, orokorrean EP izan zituztenek AF egiteko arrazoi handiagoak erakutsi zituzten. Desgaitasun
fisikoa duten pertsonek, AF egiteko arrazoi eta oztopo ezberdinak izan ohi dituzte, eta hauetan,
HF izandako esperientziek eragin dezakete neurri handi batean, honela, hauen etorkizuneko AF
maila mugatuz. Honegatik, garrantzitsua izango da HF inklusiboa, ikasle hauen EP eta
partehartzea bermatuko dituena. Honek, hauek AF egiteko arrazoi gehiago eta oztopo gutxiago
izatea ekarriko baitu. Bestalde, norbanakoaren ongizatera zuzenduriko AF egokitu eskaintza
Physical Disabilities (PASIPD).
[EN] The main objectives of this study were to analyze the motives and barriers that people with
physical disabilities have when practicing physical activity (PA) and the level of PA according to
their experiences in physical education (PE). 42 adults with physical disabilities participated in
the study. The participants answered the Motives and Barriers to Physical Activity and Sport
(MBAFD) and the Physical Activity Scale for Individuals with Physical Disabilities (PASIPD)
questionnaires. Feeling good about themselves while doing PA was the main motive conceived.
The main barrier was the scarcity of possibilities to perform adapted PA. On the other hand, in
the motive item "To improve my mental well-being", and in the barrier item "The spaces where
I can practice are not adequate" significant differences were observed by those who had positive
experiences in PA. Regarding the level of PA, no differences were observed between positive
and negative experiences. However, those who had positive experiences, in general showed
greater motives for practicing PA. People with physical disabilities tend to have different motives
and barriers to PA, and these may be greatly influenced by their experiences in PE, thus limiting
their future level of PA. Therefore, an inclusive PE that guarantees positive experiences and the
participation of all students will be important. This will mean more reasons to practice PA and
fewer obstacles. However, there is a clear need to increase the supply of adapted PA aimed at
individual wellbeing.
