[EUS] Gradu amaierako lan honek Judo Donostia Klubarentzako judoko kirol-hastapeneko programa berritzaile baten diseinua barne hartzen du. Judoa azken 15 urteetan klubeko ikasle gisa izan dudan esperientziagatik eta aurten practicuma egiteko izan dudan aukeragatik aukeratzen da. Nabarmentzekoa da UNESCOk (Hezkuntza, Zientzia eta Kulturarako Nazio Batuen Erakundea) 2014an Judo izendatu zuela haurrentzako hasierako prestakuntzako kirolik onena, gorputz-hezkuntza integrala garatzen duelako eta trebetasun psikomotorrak indartzen dituelako. Bestalde, NOBk (Nazioarteko Olinpiar Batzordea) kirolik osoena dela uste du, adiskidetasuna, parte-hartzea, errespetua eta gainditze pertsonala sustatzen dituelako. Lehenik eta behin, kirol-hastapenari eta, bereziki, judoari buruzko testuinguru teorikoa aztertzen da, kirol honen historiaren eta ezaugarrien sintesiarekin batera. Bigarrenik, esku hartzeko proposamen bat egiten da, zuzeneko agintearen metodologia klasikotik urrun dauden jolasetan eta ariketetan oinarrituta, kirola goiz utz ez dadin. Azkenik, etorkizuneko ikerketa-ildoak sartzen dira. [EN] This end-of-degree project includes the design of an innovative sports initiation
program in judo for the Donostia Judo Club. Judo is chosen because of my experience as a
student of the club for the last 15 years and because of the opportunity I have had this year
to do a practicum. It should be noted that UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific
and Cultural Organization) named Judo in 2014 as the best initial training sport for children,
since it develops comprehensive physical education and enhances psychomotor skills. For
its part, the IOC (International Olympic Committee) considers it the most complete sport
because it fosters camaraderie, participation, respect and personal improvement. In the first
place, the theoretical context on sports initiation and especially judo is analyzed, together
with the synthesis of the history and characteristics of this sport. Secondly, an intervention
proposal based on games and exercises away from the classic methodology of direct
command is made to avoid early abandonment of the sport. Finally, future lines of research
are included.
