Finantza jasangarriak: oinarriak eta bilakaera. BFA-ren eta EJ-ren ekarpena.

Abstract

[eus] Jasangarritasuna XXI. mendeko erronka garrantzitsuenetakoa bihurtu da, eta bere eragina ekonomiako sektore orotan nabaritu izan da. Ikuspuntu honetatik, finantzen sektorea ez da salbuespen bat izan, eta azken urteotan gero eta famatuagoa bihurtu da “finantza jasangarrien” fenomenoa. Hala, lan honetan, finantza jasangarrien kontzeptu eta jatorria aztertzen da, fenomenoaren bilakaera baldintzatu duten faktoreak kontuan hartuz, eta gaur egun topa daitezkeen produktu finantzario jasangarriei erreparatuz. Honen eskutik, gainera, finantza jasangarrien arloan Bizkaiko Foru Aldundiak eta Eusko Jaurlaritzak burututako ekarpenak aztertzen dira, garatutako proiektuen oinarri eta ezaugarriak argitzeko asmoarekin.

[eng] Sustainability has become one of the most important challenges of the 21st century, and its impact has been felt throughout all sectors of the economy. In this sense, the financial sector has not been an exception, and the phenomenon of "sustainable finance" has become increasingly popular. Therefore, this paper analyses the concept and origin of sustainable finance, taking into account the factors that have conditioned its evolution, and reviewing the sustainable financial products that can be found today. In addition, it also analyses the contributions made by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia (Diputación Foral de Bizkaia) and the Basque Government regarding this field, with the aim of clarifying the bases and characteristics of the developed projects.
