Hezkuntza berrikuntza ospitaleetan: ikasleen ongizate emozionalerako estrategiak eta tresnak Donostia Ospitalean

Abstract

[EU] Gradu Amaierako Lan hau Donostiako Ospitaleko pedagogian zentratzen da, ospitaleetako gelak aztertuz eta ospitaleratutako ikasleen hezkuntza hobetzeko tresnak diseinatuz. Azterketa hori irakasleentzako bisitetan eta elkarrizketetan oinarritu da, eta hezkuntza-ingurune horretan erronkak eta aukerak identifikatu dira. Halaber, ospitaleko ikasgeletako irakaskuntza-esperientzia deskribatu da, erabilitako estrategia pedagogikoak eta eskura dauden baliabideak aztertuta. Lan honetan bi tresna diseinatu eta aplikatu dira: (1) irakasleentzako dekalogo bat, ikasleekin lehen kontaktua errazteko; eta (2) Ihes Room digital bat, bertako ikasleen ongizate emozionala sustatzeko. Ihes Roomaren ebaluazio pilotuak emaitza positiboak erakutsi zituen ikasleen parte-hartzean, asetzea eta ongizate emozionala. Lan honek ospitaleetako hezkuntza-kalitatea hobetzeko bideak irekitzen ditu, eta haur eta nerabe guztien hezkuntza-eskubidea bermatzeko ildoari heltzen dio.

[ES] Este Trabajo Fin de Grado se centra en la pedagogía del Hospital Donostia, analizando las aulas hospitalarias y diseñando herramientas para mejorar la educación del alumnado hospitalizado. Este estudio se ha basado en visitas y entrevistas al profesorado, identificando retos y oportunidades en este entorno educativo. Asimismo, se ha descrito la experiencia docente en las aulas del hospital, analizando las estrategias pedagógicas utilizadas y los recursos disponibles. En este trabajo se han diseñado y aplicado dos herramientas: (1) un decálogo para el profesorado para facilitar el primer contacto con los alumnos; y (2) Un Room digital de fuga para promover el bienestar emocional de sus alumnos. La evaluación piloto del Escape Room mostró resultados positivos en la participación del alumnado, satisfacción y bienestar emocional. Este trabajo abre vías para mejorar la calidad educativa de los hospitales y aborda la línea de garantizar el derecho a la educación de todos los niños, niñas y adolescentes.

[EN] This Final Degree Project focuses on the pedagogy of Donostia Hospital, analysing hospital classrooms and designing tools to improve the education of hospitalised students. This study is based on visits and interviews with teachers, identifying challenges and opportunities in this educational environment. It also described the teaching experience in hospital classrooms, analysing the teaching strategies used and the resources available. Two tools have been designed and applied in this work: (1) a decalogue for teachers to facilitate the first contact with students; and (2) a digital Escape Room to promote the emotional well-being of their students. The pilot evaluation of the Escape Room showed positive results in student participation, satisfaction and emotional well-being. This work opens avenues to improve the quality of education in hospitals and addresses the line of guaranteeing the right to education for all children and adolescents.
